Summit Key Home Repair is a division of In The Lead Properties, LLC and operates as a marketing and referral service. It is not the contractor that performs repair, remodeling, roofing, painting, or other work.

Each provider controls its availability, scope, pricing, credentials, insurance, warranties, scheduling, and work. You should independently verify any provider before hiring.
